It has been clear to me since my youth and now more than ever after watching the Glenn Beck show; that our government is becoming too big, acquisitioning more power over individuals, small businesses, and corporations, and incrementally taking away our freedoms and liberties. This incrementalism; however, has been exponentially advanced in the current Obama administration, and much to the chagrin of the majority of Americans; in particular with the passages of the 1,000 page 2nd Economic “Stimulus” Package, the 1,500 page Healthcare “Reform” Package (government run health care; i.e. socialized medicine), and the 2,500 page Economic “Reform” Bill. With these measures the government has granted itself unlimited power, yet it needs more people who are willing to be oppressed.
I believe this was too big of a step in the march toward socialism, and I already see it failing in the ranks of so many decent Americans who just want to earn an honest living, to raise a family, to be independent, free, to love and help thy neighbor; to be a responsible and productive part of a society with the values and principles that made this the freest and greatest country on earth. I see it in the faces of the workers and entrepreneurs in legitimate enterprise with the spirit of self-reliance, honor, respect, and kindness. And I now see a movement in three major grass roots organizations which together compromise of more than 30 million members and are still growing fast: Freedom Works, The Tea Party Express, and the 9.12 Project. People are waking up to the big, over-reaching government movement which began with the progressives in the early 20th century. It’s both fascinating and encouraging to me to see the awakening that is happening in our country and throughout the world; thank goodness for the internet, Fox News, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Michael Savage, Roger Hedgecock, and so many others.
As to the history in the society of man, attributes to the evolving spiritual heights of virtue stem of course from each and every individual, yet major inspirations and sources to the foundations in this positive human condition from which the individual consciously chooses is owed much to the philosophy of Aristotle, the writings of Ayn Rand, ideas such as the U.S. Constitution, the courage of George Washington, the unyielding integrity of all our founding fathers, to all the soldiers of freedom, and so many other noble acts too numerous to name. Emerging from the cross roads of chaos and order, good and evil, freedom and tyranny; the place and time we now find ourselves in lends to the observant, wise, and active soul of conscious fortitude the realization of truth and integrity as essential factors for mankind’s rise above its adolescent stage of spiritual development.

If you happen to disagree with the current administration, the radical left, and the mainstream media, you’re automatically labeled a racist, a homophobe, or an oppressor of the helpless victims of U.S. capitalism (also termed imperialism from the 1960’s, particularly from their communist manifesto: “You Don’t Have To Be A Weatherman To Know Which Way The Wind Is Blowing”). Make no mistake, this is not about race; black versus white, rich versus poor, this is about the one thing Obama and his cronies need and want more than anything else: POWER! They use the race and class warfare cards because they appeal to people’s emotions and weakest base characteristics.
These self-proclaimed elitists on the left want you to believe that they know better than you, that you are stupid, that you are the oppressors, that you are the racists, that you are misguided and lost, and that you need them to save you from the evil trappings of capitalism. They need you to be mindless, defenseless sheep to be herded into the tormenting pit of fear and helpless despair. They are setting you up against yourselves; making you both the robber and the victim, making you feel guilty if you are successful, shameful if you are defiant, ignorant if you are independent, a fool if you are responsible, and evil if you are wise to their charade.
We must unite and keep fighting this growing tyrannical monster which threatens our very livelihoods. This is an intellectual battle; their goal is clear, global socialism, and their means depends on you. Stay vigilant, informed, strong, self-reliant, and never give up. They cannot win without your surrender. Let us join together in our common bond of decency and honor. Together we can restore this great country back to its founding principles and values as so wisely authored in the Constitution. We are winning, and we will continue to win; truth is on our side.
